SAN CLEMENTE, CA — A south Orange County mother who was reported missing by the Orange County Sheriff's Department Wednesday has yet to be found, a spokesperson with the department told Patch. Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating 61-year-old Carroll Dunne, who was identified as a "critical missing person" Wednesday after last being seen at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at a Ralph's Fresh Fare parking lot off of Avenida Talega in San Clemente. Dunne was last known to be driving a white 2016 Range Rover with California license plates reading "8PAY283," according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Dunne was reported missing Sunday night. As of Thursday afternoon, neither Dunne nor her car have been found, OCSD Spokesperson Sgt. Ryan Anderson told Patch. According to Anderson, a person is identified as "critically missing" when they are potentially at risk, meaning they may have a mental disability or be reliant on medication. Dunne is in need of medication, authorities said. Dunne has blonde hair and blue eyes. Dunne stands at 5 feet, 5 inches and weighs roughly 115 pounds, the OCSD said. Anyone with information regarding Dunne's location is asked to call the Orange County Sheriff's Department dispatch at 714-647-7000.
