Description

We are looking for Project Coordinators to join our TEAM. Project Coordinators report to and support Division Managers, Project managers and field staff on a daily basis. DUTIES - Communication with foreman for issues, materials, orders, POs, and more - Track all crews equipment and staff - Work with vendors for material orders, deliveries, and any issues - Work with office staff to report equipment issues, needs, training, payroll, etc. - Enter all crews hours for payroll - Inspect tracks and equipment - Support with billing, change orders, and more - Monthly billing Bilingual is a PLUS+++ Hours - 8am to 5pm / Mon - Fri - Some OT is expected on Billing Days Benefits - Health care - Vision - Dental - 401k - Bonus potential
