SERV-SAFE / NRAEF/ ANSI Certified Sanitation Manager Certification Examination / Certification. I am a registered Proctor / Instructor for Serv-Safe-N.R.A.E.F. Manager examinations. Will also instruct for big six pathogens and vomit & diarrhea protocol. I can come to your location and administer the test, (wi-fi connection necessary) or I have a location I can conduct the exam. Instruction is via 15 chapter power point presentation and practice tests send by e-mail. Personal instruction is available as well. Cost is $150.00 per person for manager certification. DBPR, (Florida), food handler group rates available as well.
