2 year old border collie needing a good home. Her owner passed away and she has been severely neglected. She had spent the first two years of her life chained to a fence. She is safe now but looking for a good permanent home. She seems to have dog aggression so recommending she be the only dog. She is extremely affectionate and will bond strong to one person. Please let me know if you have interest in her and what kind of home you could offer her.
