Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois for the following purpose:  PUBLIC HEARINGS:  1. Ordinance Approving the 2022 Annual Budget for the City of Joliet       a. Ordinance to Include in the 2022 Annual Budget for the City of Joliet a Discretionary Subsidy for the Will County Metropolitan Exposition  and Auditorium Authority (Rialto)       b. Ordinance Approving the 2022 Annual Budget for the City of Joliet 2.
