We have strong company looking for individuals that want to further their careers in the concrete field. 2022 is going to be a big year with the contracts that we already have and are looking to upsize our manpower. We currently have multiple openings for concrete finishers and one opening for a finishing foreman. See below for the pay scale. Finisher Apprentice: 24$ to 25$ an hour - Mud Cutter, Bull float, Fresno, Broom & Jointers, Proper Use of Trowels Experienced: 25$ to 26.50$ an hour - Apprentice Skills, Power Trowels, Vibra Strike, Use/Setup of Laser for Grade, Understand Different Finishes Journeyman: 26.50$ to 28$ an hour -Apprentice/Experienced, Finish 1000sf By Himself, Riding Trowel, Flat/Super Flat Floor, Finish Tabby and Exposed Aggregate. Pour Foreman: TBD -Ability to figure out concrete conveyance and/or calculate pump size, ordering of concrete, calculate how many men will be needed for upcoming pour, acquire all equipment required for pour (riders, laser screed, vibrastrike, etc) in advance, direct everyone during the pour, finish all pours per spec, pride in your finished product. All of our contracted work is commercial, no residential.
