Description

We are looking for someone to be a liaison between the clients and our business. This position requires prompt response to leads, efficiently processing client contracts, welcoming new clients as well as supporting existing clients. It requires travel to the clients' residence and interview the family/client to determine appropriateness of services. It will require you to obtain signed contracts as well as payment. There will be a requirement to enter care plan information into our computer system as well as conduct reassessments. Present a well-groomed image that reflects the professional image of the business. Ability to generate goodwill for the agency, clients, their family members and other referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence.
