On-Site Event & Vendor Coordinator

We are hosting a Holiday Market at the Marketplace Mall in Champaign, IL Sunday, December the 19th and are in search of an experienced event coordinator. Responsibilities include: Overseeing table load-in & table set up according to the table layout diagram, checking-in vendors and directing vendors to their table (usually 30 vendors), liaising between the mall and the vendors, and basically taking charge of the event for the day.
