Lead Night Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician

We are in search of overnight kitchen exhaust and fire prevention cleaning staff. This job includes cleaning kitchen hoods, exhaust systems, and fans which requires both indoor and outdoor work. Kitchen exhaust systems do extend to roof tops so being comfortable with heights and ladders is a must. We also provide on the job training. In a typical week one crew cleans 5-7 kitchens. Each kitchen takes about 4 hours to clean. Most weeks our crew works between 30-40 hours (we pay salary). The starting time and ending time vary depending on what restaurant we are cleaning. Below is an example schedule for one week: Sunday- Cleaning a restaurant in Coon Rapids- 11:00PM-4:00AM Monday- Cleaning a restaurant in Minnetonka- 10:00PM-2:00AM Tuesday- Cleaning a restaurant in Eagan 9:00PM-3:00AM Wednesday Cleaning a restaurant in Minneapolis-9:00PM-1:00AM Cleaning a second restaurant in St. Paul 1:30AM-5:30AM Thursday- Cleaning a restaurant in Plymouth 10:00PM-2:30AM Typical start time varies but on average we start between 8:00PM-10:00PM. We can accommodate weekly or bi-weekly paychecks. Hard work and good attendance will be financially rewarded. A current valid driver's license is required.
