Need A Part Time Long Term Skilled Handyman

Older couple Trying to get there neglected house fixed up. Must have plumbing electrical and general experienced handyman skills. Seeking 1 to 2 days a week Probably 11am to 7pm Saturdays and Sundays. Looking for skilled but very reasonable say $15 a hour. Yes this is on the low side but what we can afford is what we can afford. Partial list of needs: 1. Finish a partial bathroom remodel (started but not finished) install a jacuzzi tub/shower, bathroom dry wall, lay floor etc. 2. Replace some door trim. 3. Fix electrical problem with garbage disposal. 4. New roof and door of small outside storage shed. 5. Look for and fix problems with weather proofing house so less cold and drafty. 6. Install mail box on front of house by door. 7. Rip up some carpet and pad from a couple rooms upstairs. 8. Replace wallpaper around house to bare walls and paint. 9. Fix outside stair way to upstairs. 10. Clean chimney and install glass/metal screen to front of it. 11. Redo a few smaller rooms with new linoleum flooring. More items added to list as remembered.
