Sub-Contractors Needed for Residential House Painting. In the last year our business has expanded rapidly, we are looking for responsible, careful and experienced painting contractors to help care for our customers as we are in expansion mode. Who are we looking for? Responsible Painters who have: Experience with high-end residential repaints Carpentry, siding and rot repair experience Their own painting tools (we provide a project trailer with carpentry tools for exteriors) Their own ladders (we can provide large ladders in special cases) Their own spray equipment (our equipment is available if needed) RELIABLE, CLEAN AND UNMARKED VEHICLES Ability to communicate and handle change orders A focus on customer relationships Workman’s Compensation Liability Insurance We are looking for long-term relationships and pay above market pricing. We provide all consumable materials: paint, caulk, tape, plastic, paper, etc. Please do not respond to advertisement unless these Minimum requirements are here.
