seeking 1/ 2 practice space

Hi, 2 people who will eventually become band of 3 or 4 ppl seek half a practice room. We are adult responsible people and seek the same. We prefer to split a room with only one band as to not be physically crowded and have some flexibility in schedule. We both work in the trades and mostly seek one or two evening a week availability. We have our own gear and want a room with folks who are self sufficient and don't need to share. East side preferred but close in West side would work. happy to join an existing room or go in on a room if there is a situation that comes up. Thanks E
