Do you have power tools and can help me secure my fender?

*serious* the fender on my vehicle feels unsecure and I can feel it scrubbing the ground while I'm driving and the roads in this city don't help much. If you can help secure it with power tools or some kind of adhesive I would greatly appreciate that. We can meet in a public place in the metro Atlanta area or even slightly around the perimeter, but I don't prefer driving too far given the situation. Thanks for you help so much! I'm available asap
