Lead Installer for Window Shade Company We are looking to add an additional lead window shade installer to our team. Experience with installing and servicing motorized shades, drapery, roman shades and exterior shades window treatments is preferred. Knowledge of Lutron, Crestron, and other manufacturers is a plus. General construction experience a + • We are looking for someone with positive attitude who is a motivated self starter, that has attention to detail, and good work ethic. Someone who is efficient and able to follow directions, remember day to day repetitive tasks and is skilled with small power / hand tools. • The applicant should be able to work in clean residential environments, with respect of surroundings and clients. • A team player with effective communication skills, positive attitude and problem solving are required. • Prior experience installing window coverings is a plus, however any applicant with experience in finished products, cabinetry, audio visual, home theater or electrical is encouraged to apply. • Must be able to take accurate measurements, communicate effectively, and represent the company in a professional manner. All applicants must have a clean appearance, a valid driver’s license, a good driving record as company trucks are provided to transport employees to and from job sites. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
