Need a motivated person looking to grow with a business. Needs to be responsible, hard-working, and skilled in customer service. Do not worry if you know nothing about washing cars, we will teach you how to properly and professionally wash a car and perform a partial detail. The position is flexible and part-time at first, but will grow to be full time. If the applicant wishes to remain part-time that is fine. I am primarily looking to mould an individual and promote them from washing cars to running the business. Should the worker show that he/she can assist in managing the company- I fully intend on giving them a percentage of all profits (that’s in addition to the salary/hourly they are already receiving). Profit sharing does not require the worker to invest his/her own money into the business. Worker will simply get small percentage of business after some time while continuing to get paid his hourly. Opportunities don’t come around this often, but I believe in giving employees the best treatment and even allowing them to share in the profit because people always treat something that is theirs much better. This allows the business to grow because the workers will care more about a business they have a small piece of. Remember nobody ever washes a rental car— it’s not theirs why so why should they.
