Types of work may include: *Demolition *Drywall patch and repair *Framing *Painting *Doors, windows and hardware installation *Casework installation *Tiling and flooring installation *Basic electrical and plumbing *Other duties as needed - This is a bags on and supervisor position Requirements: *Punctual and dependable *Phone and reliable transportation *Ability to supervise and lead. You will be on site with at least one laborer. *Skilled and versatile carpenter *Strong communication skills *Ability to lift 60+ pounds *Must pass drug test and criminal background screen This position reports directly to the lead supervisor.
