Water Smoke & Mold Removal Position: Project Manager Location: Sacramento Normal Work Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm Water Smoke & Mold Removal is a mitigation company and we service the Sacramento and nearby cities. We are now accepting applications for Mitigation Technician. We are looking for an experienced professional, with great customer service and willingness to learn. Duties and Responsibilities: - Set up and take down containment. - Set up and take down equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers and HEPA air filtration. - Monitor using moisture meters. - Able to move and pack personal property to allow mitigation work to be completed. - Able to perform light rebuild work if needed such as drywall. - Complete paperwork for insurance and programs. - Able to leave detailed notes in our DASH platform. - Must have great customer service and communication skills. - Utilize PPE while working, including respirator, gloves, eye protection and protective suit. - Able to respond to after-hours emergency calls during your scheduled turn. - Must keep company equipment clean and vehicles organized. - Must have valid driver’s license. **NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE**
