Hi, I’m a drummer, percussionist and DJ looking for a safe, affordable, climate-controlled rehearsal space to store and play a 6-piece drum set and DJ equipment near Wakefield, MA. I would be willing to sign a month to month lease for a small rehearsal studio of my own or possibly get in on a space with an existing band and share the rent. Maybe this listing will work, maybe not, but it’s worth a try! Thanks
