We are a fast-growing home improvement company looking for Call Center Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for generating leads, effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Expectations:
-Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner with lead generation/appointment setting being the primary goal
-Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
-Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
-Seize opportunities to generate appointments from customers on the fence when they arise
-Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
-Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
-Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
-Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Desired Experience:
-Previous experience in a customer support role/call center position
-Track record of over-achieving quota
-Strong phone, verbal communication, and active listening skills
-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (Salesforce and Ringcentral experience a plus)
-Customer focused with the ability to adapt to various types of personalities
-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
-High school degree required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour + Bonuses
