Hello - My business partner and I just acquired an 1920's house that needs a LOT of tlc in dt Wilmington. We are experienced investors and will be flipping this property in the next 6 months. Looking for individuals/businesses that can help us tackle some (or ALL) of the following jobs: -Junk Removal/Demo -General Oversight and Inspection (pay based on # of visits) we are 2 hrs away -Vinyl Flooring -HVAC/electrical -Siding -Paint -Kitchen and bathroom tile -Plumbing & Electrical fixtures -Roof -Doors & Windows As you can see... it needs... well EVERYTHING. We are under contract and will not be able to "break ground" for another 2-3 weeks. Will need photo ID before deposits are given. Thanks very much. -Thomas
