Sales Coordinator:
The main responsibility of Sales Coordinator is to assist the Sales Department throughout the sales process including but not limited to, assembling and prepping equipment, loading, unloading, and moving equipment to the proper location (sometimes via forklift), and lot organization. In addition, the Sales Support would assist in the clean up and delivery of equipment sold.
Service Coordinator:
The main responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to assist all customers through the Service drop off and pick-up process including but not limited to, taking customer and equipment information, loading, unloading, and moving equipment to the proper location (sometimes via forklift). In addition, the Service Coordinator would assist mechanics to make sure all necessary information is communicated and the piece is ready to be serviced including washing and blowing off equipment.
