Full Job Description
We are searching for a Project Manager to manage projects and employees for our commercial cleaning company. Applicants should be computer-savvy, presentable, honest, hardworking, extremely detail-oriented, prompt and efficient. Strong writing and communication skills are a must. Understanding and use of Microsoft Excel is a must.

Accounting
o Bill clients weekly, monthly & on a job-specific basis
Client Management
o Develop and circulate proposals, records, schedules, invoices and job-related documents
Employee Management
o Provide support to field supervisors, e.g. providing authority, advice, permission, directives, etc.
o Communicate with employees, as questions and projects arise
Human Resources
o Maintain employee logs
o Organize employee reimbursement receipts
Project Management
o Schedule projects and employees
o Maintain and modify the company project calendar
o Develop and circulate the weekly schedule to employees
o Submit daily reports to a client
o Submit monthly invoice packets
o Analyze cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
project management: 1 year (Preferred)
H/S Diploma / GED
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
