You won Burney at a raffle during the dragon boat festival. I was heartbroken. When I first moved here, I saw Burney and found him so endearing. I entered the raffle at many different points in time, trying to hedge my bets & donate to a good cause. If you are out there, or if anyone reading this knows where Burney is, I will gladly buy him from you.
