Job Responsibilities: Residential and Commercial Property Inspections and Remediation Job Requirements: • Minimum 1 years’ experience in remediation. • Essential vaccinations and respirator testing - provided by the company • Ability to wear full-face respirator • Enter and work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds • Dependability is critical (must have vehicle to get to shop each morning) • Valid driver license with a good driving record • Some after-hours and weekend work • Background check required (this is insurance requirement • Other duties as necessary Wage: $26.50 per hour PLUS Profit Sharing Benefits: • Free medical coverage for all employees after 60-day probation period • Immediate accrual of Paid Time Off – equivalent to 2 weeks per year • 6 paid holidays • Profit Sharing.
