Wow. I never said I was not pro union people. That is called bias opinion by the way. Don't read into what is not there. I said Police Unions are the real problem behind policing. Just look into what Portland police, or better yet Chicago Police have paid out to lawsuits. Then look at how many reprimands those particular cops had. Imagine how insurance companies love more politics. Many bad seeds in both agencies that they are stuck with. Saying it is a recruiting problem doesn't hold air. Doesn't matter what company you run, you will always get some bad workers over time. Where is that not true? Kind of narrow minded, don't you think? Situations and values change for people. Look at issues that have been raised with PPD and look at the stance of the union every time. It's right wing, left wing politics. You always know how they are going to react with public comments of change. I am retired and disabled now. I was in different unions my entire life. Was also a cop! You want real change. Then the union is where to make it happen. Where are we getting now?
