Small dog wandering around Tierra Santa (now Tides on McDowell) apartment complex on W McDowell and N 47th. It was dark so I couldn’t tell but he looked like a chihuahua mix maybe. Black, brown, white? Mostly black and to me he looked like an older dog. No collar. Didn’t bark but ran away from me when I got out to get him. This was this morning at 0630 (Thursday, December 16)
