JOB SUMMARY: The Sanitation/Janitorial Associate is responsible for the oversight of the sanitation and maintenance responsibilities of the facility, while maintaining adequate and current HAACP, GMP, SOP and pest control documentation. In addition, the Sanitation/Janitorial Associate will be responsible for management of third-party providers pertaining to the sanitation and maintenance functions. Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $16.00 Shift: Thursday - Saturday Hours: 7am-3:30m Operational Responsibilities 1. Accurately completes and files process log documentation. 2. Keeps documentation neat, orderly and easily accessible for auditing or inspection purposes. 3. Aids team with cleanup during incidental spills or accidents. 4. Examines and inspects facilities for defects, reporting any damage or repairs needed to supervisor. 5. Prepares economical solutions to supervisor regarding repairs needed to facilities. 6. Performs auxiliary maintenance and sanitation functions outside of process log scope to ensure facility offices and warehouse areas are kept in satisfactory appearance and condition. 7. Works with vendors and supervisor to ensure adequate stock of sanitation and maintenance supplies. 8. Performs supply runs as needed to collect supplies required to carry out maintenance or sanitation duties. 9. Uses safe lifting, pushing, pulling & climbing skills at all times. Always wear non-slip protected toe shoes when in the warehouse. Only operate equipment you are trained and certified to operate. 10. Uses, cleans and maintains supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with company sanitation and safety regulations. 11. Participate in maintaining a safe work environment. Immediately notify supervisor/manager of unsafe conditions. 12. Ensures facilities are kept in accordance with auditing scope and regulatory compliance. 13. Attends warehouse meetings. Apply:
