If you an experienced Residential Construction Administrator, and hard worker with a friendly easy going attitude that is located in the San Bernardino area we look forward to bring you in for an interview. Have two years or more in Residential Construction Administrator. AND ABLE: *Review project estimates, pricing strategies and collaborate, create, update, and reconcile project budgets and schedules *Scheduling project, preparation of agendas and meeting minutes, and other documentation is part of this role. * Excellent time management, strong background with computer software including Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, Word, spreadsheets, Project File, and labels. * Bookkeeping and be able to distribute invoices correctly *Communicate with clients and all parties involved in the project to coordinate the required items. * The ability to work independently, able to juggle multiple projects and reprioritize based on urgency *Compiling contract, documentations, verify and maintain insurance, workman comps each license contractor.
