Fisher Construction Group is looking for Thermal Technicians to join our team. Thermal technicians work as part of a crew to install thermal interior and exterior panels on cold storage and processing facilities and warehouses. Key Responsibilities: Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures Measure and cut IMP panels to size for installation Assist in setting 30’-60’ panels by directing crane (Octopus) operator Bolt, nail, or align materials Operate forklift to move panels and equipment/supplies around job site Prepares tools and materials Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging Perform general cleanup and clearing debris Requirements: *1 year minimum experience in construction *Knowledge of construction techniques used to build commercial and industrial buildings preferred *Ability to operate tools, equipment and machinery commonly employed on construction sites *Safety Focused *Team-Oriented *Reliable *Must be willing to travel to job sites *Good common sense and problem-solving skills *Participates in training opportunities and continued growth of knowledge *Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen *Leadership experience a bonus, but not required Wages: $20-$32 per hour, depending on experience Fisher Construction Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
