Please help me Find Our Truck - 1965 Chevy C-10

I am looking for my truck that was stolen in 2012. "Roger's Rod Shop" in Dandridge, TN. was to perform restoration work on my Chevy truck. "Rod" was very personable and we had spoken about the truck many times. I dropped off the truck, and after about 3 months since I had not heard anything from him, I began calling and didn't get a response. I drove to the shop and found it EMPTY!!! My truck - GONE! I have been through the DA's office and a Private investigator over the last almost decade. Please help me if you have information on how to find "Roger Simpkins" living in Morristown or Jefferson County. I am attaching Pictures. It is (or was) a black 1965 Chevy C-10, Long wheel base deluxe, "big back window". A tell is that it HAD fiberglass floor pan repairs around the trans tunnel. 283 (original) and 3spd on the column (original). This truck was in the family a long long time and after all this time it just makes me sick that he stole it! My Grandfather gave me this and it meant a lot to me. I still have the clean TN title in my name if anything is in question here, and if you will help I can promise to keep it anonymous. Thank You All
