They really should consider a reallocation of resources. They could pay more to their skilled employees to keep them there or offer more for bus driver incentives to get them to work there. At this point in time there is no reason to keep dead weight in the schools. I would say get rid of these people. There won't be enough copy paper supply anyway for a very long time to even get them moving. They've been sitting there for 2 years already wasting resources that could be better spent.
