Need handyman for general remodeling

I have rental properties in Tampa bay area... Riverview, Tampa, Gibsonton. Rehabbing a few properties and have general maintenance on rental properties. Would expect someone to know drywall/finishing, painting, tile, LSVT, basic electrical, and basic plumbing. I can pay cash daily if needed BUT if things work out, I will need to give you 1099 for the pay. I will pay $17-$20 an hour depending on how fast you are and how much you know. Must have a truck or trailer so you can pick up materials. Must be able to problem solve on your own. I pay with cashapp, paypal, venmo, zelle, etc. WHEN YOU REPLY, LEAVE YOU PHONE NUMBER IN THE EMAIL AND YOUR NAME. I dont want a resume... just tell me your strengths in an email.
