Join the 1Voice Foundation , for our annual fishing tournament and help local kids with cancer. Join the 1Voice Foundation for our 10th annual fishing tournament at our new and beautiful venue!! Finn's Dockside Bar & Grill , Apollo Beach,is opening in Spring 2022 and we are thrilled to partner with them for our Tournament! So, grab your Angler friends and register today! The tournament is based on points value, which will be assigned to each of the following species the morning of the tournament: Flounder, Spanish Mackerel, Ladyfish, Snook, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snaper, Puffer Fish, Catfish, Grouper, Jack Crevalle and Bonnet Head Shark. The Angler with the most points in each Division is the winner! Divisions: Guided Division with a USCG Guide, Angler Division, in your boat, Ladies Division and Youth Division (under 18). Sponsorships available! As you consider your financial commitment to this effort and hopefully your participation in the tournament itself, please do not think about the investment as being a sponsorship. The investment you are making can offset the cost of chemotherapy for a child. The investment you are making may provide funds that allow a family to maintain their employment while one of their children receives treatment rather than leaving work and taking on significant financial hardship compounding the already traumatic and emotional situation pediatric cancer brings about. The investment you are making can help the 1Voice Foundation in their lobbying efforts to prevent what happened last year from happening again – the complete depletion of chemo treatment chemicals in Florida for pediatric cancer patients. The investment you are making will help fund the 1Voice Academy, the first school in the country for kids with cancer. All entries to the tournament include a wonderful breakfast, Bloody Mary bar, drinks and snacks for the boat and the awards luncheon. Tournament Schedule: 8:00 am - 9:00 am Breakfast, Bloody Mary Bar and points value assigned and announced, score cards distributed, snacks and drinks for all boats available. 9:00 am: Blessing of the Fleet and official start for this Catch and Release Tournament. 2:00 pm is the official end of the Tournament and Awards Luncheon immediately following at Finn's Dockside Bar & Grill. Hope to see you there! The 1Voice Foundation provides family support programs for children battling cancer and their families. We fund and operate the only pediatric cancer research lab in Tampa Bay and represent pediatric cancer issues on Capitol Hill. We are launching the initiative to open the first school in the United States for children with cancer.
