Description
Responsibilities of a lead mechanic at Dynamic Motors, but are not limited to:
· Diagnosing and repairing vehicles to specifications; ensuring vehicles are safe to drive.
· Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers on an as-required basis.
· Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
· Must be able to properly diagnose, repair, and document repairs.
· Possess a strong work ethic and drive
· Ability to complete jobs correctly and efficiently the first time.
· Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
· Automotive certifications or designation desired.
· Capable of driving both automatic and manual transmissions.
· Has own tools (preferred)
