Farm worker/Gardener needed for permaculture production farm

Our farm is looking for someone who is passionate about herbs, enjoys working directly with plants in the gardens, and is eager and curious to learn practical permaculture techniques in the setting of an herbal medicine production style farm. The role we are looking to fill is outside supporting the gardens alongside our lead gardener. We need someone willing to weed, mulch, dig, all manner of garden maintenance. Rain or shine. Must be willing and able to lift at least 50lbs. Other tasks include feeding the gardens, planting, designing permaculture guilds, etc.
