Electrician Needed to Install LED Lights & Fixtures

Description

We own a building on Lake Baldwin Lane that needs to have some bulbs replaced with LED light bulbs and some fixtures need to be replaced to hold new LED light bulbs. Some of the fixtures are set up for light sensors in order to turn on at night. The sensors are not working so we need to convert to a timer. You would need to go inside the building to determine where the electrical is located and the timer, which I have been told is inside the building and is the best way to set up the system for the parking lot lighting. The exterior lighting is for security purposes. We can pay by Zelle, Chase Bank QuickPay or through SunTrust check in the mail.
