We are looking for a full time housekeeper. 7:30am-4:30pm (must be available to stay longer if needed), Off on Weekends Habour Landing Apartments 8033 S Padre Island Dr CC TX 78412 Housekeeper Responsibilities: -Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained. - Clean leasing office - Clean, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to get apartments ready in a timely manner - Clean and stock restrooms. - Clean Gym - Clean Laundry rooms - Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. - Notify managers of necessary repairs through out complex. - Collect and dispose of trash inside apartments, laundry rooms and pool areas - Keep office restrooms stocked. Housekeeper Requirements: - Ability to manage your time efficiently. - Work well unsupervised. - Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. - Handle basic maintenance and cleaning. - Ability to maintain a professional appearance - Hard worker.
