A yoga class for all levels geared towards being present in the moment to focus on what our body and mind needs.
This yoga class is a gentle styled class with emphasis on our bodies abilities and needs. I am creating an experience for your mind & body to cultivate a response to relaxation. This will create a postive space for you to begin a new week. You will need to bring a yoga mat and be on time. Class begins at 7pm. Hydrate before class, and invite a friend if you'd like.
