When: Dec. 19th, 10:30 - 11:45 am MT *Doors will open at 10:00 am & RSVP is appreciated, but not required. The Winter Solstice marks the shortest and darkest day of the year. What can we learn from this holiday celebrating the absence of light? Join our new Spiritual Director, Katherine Newell, and Rev. Mary Jo Honiotes in acknowledging this sacred transition of seasons and paradigms. Mary Jo Honiotes delights in her opportunity to be a life celebrant, helping individuals, groups, and families celebrate significant moments in their lives. She has been a mindfulness educator for over 30 years, and is an ordained minister with Centers for Spiritual Living. Rev. Mary Jo uses her training in universal spiritual principles and the wisdom of nature to support others during time of change and transformation. Featured Musician: Jon Sousa Jon Sousa is a contemporary American musician and solo guitarist from New Jersey, currently residing in Boulder, Colorado. His music contains elements of Celtic, Classical, Jazz, African, Electronic, Bluegrass & Folk, Rock & Heavy Metal.
