I BEATI Washington's mission is to promote exceptional vocal music through public performances, mentoring, direct scholarships, and educational programs for young vocalists. Our members are Dr. Seyoung Jeong (Soprano; professor at Catholic University of America and University of Maryland Baltimore County), Dr. Min Sang Kim (Countertenor; professor at Northern Virginia Community College and Peabody Preparatory of the John Hopkins University), Dr. Min Jin (Tenor; professor at Towson University), Dr. William Chang (Pianist; professor at Montgomery College), and Dr. Janghyo Yoo (Pianist; staff pianist at NVCC)
