Enjoy an evening filled with local food prepared by East End chefs with drink pairings, music, and good company. East End Food Institute invites you to join us in a celebration of local food at our newly announced Farmers Market Dinners at East End Food Market in Riverhead! The monthly dinners will feature local produce and food products, all prepared by East End chefs, and drink pairings from local wineries and breweries. Proceeds from the monthly event will go towards East End Food Institute's mission to support, promote, and advocate for the farmers, vintners, fishermen, and other food producers and providers on the East End of Long Island. The first dinner will be held in January 2022. Date and time will be announced soon. A limited number of pre-sale tickets are available for January's dinner at an early bird price of $100. About East End Food Institute East End Food Institute (formerly Amagansett Food Institute) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that builds partnerships among farmers, food producers, and food consumers on the East End of Long Island. Our members work together to create a more economically-viable, environmentally-sustainable, more efficient, and equitable local food system. We understand that the well-being of our community and environment is tied to the ways we produce and distribute food. Through this understanding, we support those who cultivate the health of both, as they are the basis of our sustenance. Through education, collaboration, and promotion we hope to create an understanding between producers and consumers that upholds our vision. We strive to ensure that consumers enjoy healthy, local food, and that local producers are supported in a thriving regional food system.
