We are a Plastic Injection Molding Company looking to expand our team. $500 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 3 MONTHS!! We need several people for all shifts 1st Shift : 7:30AM-3:30PM STARTING $10/HOUR 2nd Shift: 3:30PM-10:30PM STARTING $12/HOUR 3rd Shift: 10:30PM- 7:30AM STARTING $15/HOUR 40+ hours per week, OT available every Week! We offer an air-conditioned environment, paid vacation once hired. Job descriptions below. The job involves operating an injection molding machine by removing parts as needed, monitoring quality of parts, maintaining cycle times, packing products, and other job functions related to production of molded parts. Essentials of Job Responsibilities: - Follow all safety procedures - Maintain accurate counts of product at machine - Maintain established cycle time of machine - Verify the parts meet acceptable quality standards - Notify supervision of any problems - Follow established production instructions - Maintain a clean work environment - Any other duties as assigned Experience and Skill Requirements: - Some manufacturing experience preferred - Good eyesight, motor skills, basic math, good reading ability, retention - Self motivated, communication, positive attitude, willingness to adapt, good judgement, ability to follow directions Physical Demand/Work Environment: - Able to lift up to 55 pounds - Ability to stand for long periods of time - Good motor skills Salary: Depending on Experience and position *Also looking for warehouse, material handlers, process technicians, building and machine repair*
