During class, we will decorate a set of themed cookies step-by-step. We will cover these topics while we decorate: ~Royal Icing Consistencies ~Outlining, flooding, and detailing ~Tools you need at home ~My personal tips Each student will leave class with the knowledge and confidence to try this at home! You will receive a window gift box to take your cookies home in and a cookie scribe tool to use next time you decorate cookies at home. Information about our venue: One glass of wine/beverage is included with your ticket. A cheese plate is available for purchase, you can bring food from Verde next door, or your own. All cookies and royal icing bags are made from scratch 1-2 days prior to class. Your ticket price includes the class and my hours of prep work required to host this cookie class. Please let me know if someone else will be attending in your place. Hello! My name is Christine. I am a former elementary school teacher turned baker.  I have always had a passion for the kitchen. My passion started as a little girl helping mommy in the kitchen. Ever since then I was a hobby cook and baker. It wasn’t until God put me in a position to make a choice that I decided to hang up my sweater for an apron. You know it’s God when the idea comes to you while vacuuming. Lol! So The Blissful Baker was established in March 2017! When I’m not baking or decorating, I’m wife to my wonderful, loving, and super supportive husband Jeremy. Together we have 3 beautiful girls. Kennedy is 10, Natalie is 8, and Lydia is 5. We have a 6 year old white cat named Charlie, and a 4 year old gray cat named Sammy.  On Sundays, you can find me serving at our church's cafe, which I absolutely love. It's my adult time, and I get to catch up with everyone! :) I also enjoy reading books, coffee, cozying up on the couch with a good movie, scrapbooking, and crocheting (although it's been ages since I've done so.)Thank you so much for supporting my business and family!❤️Christine
