MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT/LABORER - Concord, NH Job Description: Assist with building maintenance, grounds upkeep/mowing and cleaning for a property management company. Assist with snow removal and shoveling in the winter and MUST be available to do so for winter storms etc. Compensation: Full-Time $14 (to start - review to follow) Landscaping experience preferred, but not mandatory Snow removal experience preferred, but not mandatory Required License or Certifications: A valid NH driver’s license & reliable transportation criminal background check; the applicant MUST live within a 15-mile radius of the Concord, NH area.
