Local Denton Bands - Local art vendors - Polka Dancing - It's going to be a great time! The Denton Songwriters Guild Winter Mini Fest will be on Saturday, January 15th at Rubber Gloves Rehearsal Studios! This event will feature vendors, artists food trucks, raffles, and more, plus live music from: Brave Combo The Matt Grigsby Fiasco The Vince Lujan Project and CityFolk Doors open at 4 PM. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. All shows at Rubber Gloves require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test. The Denton Songwriters Guild is an educational non-profit encouraging songwriters and aspiring songwriters to study and hone their craft. We have public meetings once a month that can feature writing workshops or a monthly songwriting challenge prompt. Dozens of songs have been written due to the guild's influence and we look forward to helping to birth dozens more.
