Below is the tentative agenda and featured speakers for Convocation to help you begin thinking about who will attend from your school. Ideally this year’s convocation will serve to support Presidents, Principals, Board Members, Mission Directors, Theology Teachers, Social Justice/ Catholic Social Teaching Teachers, Campus Ministers, and Advancement Directors. As has been our policy in the past, the event is offered free of charge. Each school will pay for their own transportation and accommodations. Hotels are at a premium in Austin this time of year due to several events taking place in the city. We have secured room blocks at four hotels for a great price during the busy weekend. Some rooms can accommodate more than one person. Please be aware it is first come first serve availability. Every attendee staying at one of our hotels will have a shuttle service provided on Friday and Saturday to and from the university. Room blocks are available at these four hotels.
