We are excited to find a skilled individual to share there skills and abilities with us and take pride in there work and help us take care of our beautiful properties on the Spokane's Lower South Hill POSITION SUMMARY The person in this position is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks including work orders and unit turns, maintaining the grounds, curb appeal, amenities, and other common areas at one or more properties in order to assist preserving the asset and to provide a quality living environment for residents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: · Performs maintenance projects and tasks with minimal supervision consistent with Company standards and direction from the Maintenance Supervisor, and/or Community Manager.
