Rehoming a loving female cat

I have an 8 month old female cat that is very loving and needs a lot of attention, more than I can give her. She has been fixed and had her shots and is very healthy. Everything I have goes with her, such as a litter box, kibble and wet food, food and water dishes, scratching post and a little cat house.
