Urgent help needed packing up a garage and transporting to new house.

Needing helpers/trucks/trailers loading boxes/furniture from 2 car detached garage (old house) 99201 to new house 99205. My bf suffered a DVT blood clot a couple weeks ago and cannot walk. I had 3 helpers tonight as today was the deadline but difficult landlord refused to unlock the garage to get my stuff when I came prepared with a trailer. Landlord said I can come at 9am tomorrow morning but is only giving me 3 hours to get everything out. I only have my daughter to help. My trailer isn't big enough for everything and several trips will not allow me to finish within the deadline. Family of 6 were displaced last month unlawfully. Everything has been a struggle. I lost my job in healthcare (20 yr career)and my bf had a heart attack Feb 2020. No family in Spokane. Anyone able to help??? No other options and no other resources.
