Chef Michael Johnson of The Pheasant Restaurant & Lounge has curated a South Dakota winter menu that features uniquely Brookings cuisines - touching on Norwegian, German, Indigenous, & Indian food traditions- all centered around the warmth this season can bring. The 4-course meal includes wine and tea pairings.
Hosted at the Dakota Nature Park on the south side of Brookings, we will be immersed in the joy and beauty of the elements. As always, our dinners feature a few surprises and a culture of openness to new foods, experiences, and people.
